Snowy Nest

Taken at Craiglockhart.  I am not sure how long this nest has been here for, but it is still being carefully added to and tweaked.  We noticed that the snow on the sides is useful for drinking, as the female was nibbling at the snow every now and again.  The male performed a dramatic fly across the loch and landed right in front of our picnic spot.
