Into the light

Ohhhh, what a perfect day compared to the last few. In the last 12 hours I have gone from painkillers every four hours to none at all, I am much, much happier.

Bimbled around in the morning then forced the children out into the perect (bloody freezing) day. Halloween costumes secured from the Shop That Has All (Poundland) and then a wander along to inspect the new playground and have a hot chocolate on the beach. Will liked the playground, Daisy preferred the other one. I preferred the other one too - there were no bloody seats at this one! Dont they know I am still convalescing?
