Cairn 'O' Mount

Had a lovely drive through Glenshee and Braemar today, was cold but bright!

Today is a day full of memories for us, 4 years ago today OH had an industrial accident at work ans was trapped in machinery for hours, it resulted in a police escort to hospital where he had his leg amputated. They managed to save his other leg and he has had a long road to conquer with many obstacles in his way.

Tonight we will celebrate with champagne, (sound wrong?) well we have decided that no more What ifs.... we will celebrate his survival of this horrific moment and his rehabilitation.

I am so proud of his attitude towards recovery, and will be forever grateful for the NHS who saved his life and continue to give him full support.
