A different walk in the woods

Last Saturday I blipped a family walk at the Devil's Punch Bowl, today it's Mr Rat in Camperdown Park.
Because of Assembly we couldn't run this morning so we took a break this afternoon for a brisk walk around the park, mainly on a different route from parkrun but about the same length.
This section through the beech trees always makes me think of cathedrals - was this where the builders in of our old cathedrals got there inspiration?
