Normanton Church

We headed home today but decided to stop off for a wander and lunch at Rutland Water.

Rutland Water is a man made lake and in the name of progress a village was flooded in order for it to be created. (In very dry summers you can see the remains of the village)
The Normanton Church remains jutting our onto the lake
