The weather is neither helping my symptons or my mood but thankfully Stella didn't fancy an after work walkies today so we're about to settle on the sofa and watch last night's Derren Brown episode.

This time last year we had fireworks during the evening so we could get our first real test of Stella's newly calm personality. I have her anxiety wrap on standby!
