There will be plenty of structures erected on this land in the near future.  The 46 house subdivision is completely sold.  A house section costs $325,000 for 517 square meters of land.  The urban area is racing towards the countryside.  The forester tells me the frames on the houses are made from Douglas Fir or Oregon Pine   - botanical name - Psudotsuga menziesii
