Bend It

Went to see sports doc this morning for on-going pain in my heel/ankle. As I expected ( my friend David went to see him last week), he asked me to bend forward and was shocked that I could not touch the floor without bending my knees.. Given my age and general inflexibility I didn't think that I was too far away . Anyway, have MRI scan next week plus some sessions of physio . So will see how it goes.
Work was about as good as expected, and here's Léo looking down.
