Relief

Woke at work. Ran away from work. 

Took Brie out a really nice relaxed ride. Just what I've been needing to fully recharge my batteries. She was very relieved to return to the farm just as a shower blew over. She did really well today, no contact on the reins but still slowing and stopping when asked... Even on the way home. She's one tough cookie but today I feel like we clicked just a little bit more. 

By the time I was home, there was snow falling from the sky. I walked the dogs at Lyde at a good pace in an attempt to keep warm.

Finally Gorgeous returned home. I have now packed all our high carbohydrate food in the oven and we will soon be stuffing our fat faces.
