Heron......!!

On returning to my car parked in one of our towns carparks...
I spotted this guy scavenging in a huge green bin...!
I thought he would fly away but no, he just hopped onto the wall and stared at me as if to say ....
"What are you looking at?, are you ever going to get into that car and let me get back to my lunch"!!!
I was amazed...I've never seen one this close before ...they're huge!!!
It's only raining occasionally today..even splashes of sunshine??? in between times......xx
