Mrs. Cooper

Our Coopers Hawks are back.  This is the fourth year that they are nesting in a nearby tree and spending a lot of time visiting our backyard.  The female was being very vocal while the male flew back and forth with nesting materials.  I think she was expecting a lunch delivery.  When they arrive, we take down our backyard feeder and all our little birds come around to the front to eat, and hopefully not be eaten!

I am grateful for another productive day.  Even though I've been feeling tired, I managed to check off everything on my list today.  Of course, there is another list for tomorrow.... ;-)
