Come on in - the water’s lovely

It’s been more like a Christmas holiday than an Easter holiday today. The temperature has been just above freezing all day and its been snowing and sleeting. As it is Mary’s birthday today we went to Herge’s for lunch and had a (very quick) walk around Gunknowe Loch - there wasn’t another soul about as everyone else had very sensibly stayed inside. Afterwards our neighbours came round to help eat some birthday cake.
