Glencoe

Glen Coe on a holiday weekend can be a busy place and so it was today. But I trod a quiet route to summit of the shy Corbett of Meall Ligiche where I met only a trio on the summit.

On the descent I headed over the Graham of Meall Mor or ‘Big Lump’ as I’d rather call it. It lies above the end of the long straight section of the A82 as it passes the visitor centre. It has a very fine view up the glen but also over to Bidean and the Dinnertime Buttress, so named by members of the Scottish Mountaineering Club as they could climb on it after their dinner.

Corbett 127.
