Never too old

J and I had an early start, and a very cold one, down at Parkrun this morning. It was hot chocolate and croissants to warm and refuel, then I went to church.

This afternoon I took the kids up to Northcliffe to play tennis, thermals still required but we had fun.

Roast chicken for dinner and hot cross bun bread and butter pudding. Good thing we'd done all that running around!
