Helped Wife One with one of her assignment, being a sounding board for ideas and inserting words then taking some out as we overshot the target

Finished this and then helped D3 with her assignment, she needed music to accompany an exercise routine she was working on for the elderly. Final choice, When the Saints Come Marching In, Louis Armstrong for walking session, Arvo Part Spiegel im Spiegel for relaxing breathing session and the Birdie Song, presumably to make sure everyone leaves very quickly.

Finished this and had tea.

Found it was half past nine. Panic. No blip
Aimed camera a D3s hair, very seldom seen in plats. Oh dont - its all greasy and a mess
