Blue Sky?

............it's a Bank Holiday therefore it's cold grey and overcast, so I added my own :-)

My daughter asked me if I'd like to do a food hygiene certificate so I can help her at functions, I agreed and have made a start today as it's online .........I think I now know far too much about all the different types of bacteria that cause food poisoning and after reading the page shown in extras I wonder why we're not all knee deep in bacteria.......I can't help feeling there's an element of scaremongering going on ..........but seems an interesting course so far :-))
