Happy Easter

The chocolate egg I won at the quiz a few weeks ago was duly opened.  On Friday I had been talking about Easter traditions with a lovely Latvian family who attend the village church.  They were telling about the egg rolling and egg dyeing they do in Latvia.  I was delighted when they presented me with this egg that the children had done yesterday using onion skins.  No outdoors blips again today.  I just hope we get another glimpse of the sun soon!
