Lamb Shanks - medieval style

When I arrived home today, my partner had baked the most intriguing medieval-style dish, Lamb Shanks Baked in Hay in Huff Paste (check out the recipe here: Baked Lamb in Hay and Huff Paste). It looked so amazing that I had to take "unveiling" photos. And the lamb shanks were delish... once I brushed off the hay!

Earlier today I had thought I would blip the photo of gorgeous pink clouds I saw at sunrise today, but sunrises happen every day. Dishes like this are one-of-a-kind!
