I’m not sleeping well, irrespective of what time I go to bed I’m awake around 8, but they do say that as you get older you need less sleep!

Out to Chacewater with Clare to pick up ‘Big Red’ from her latest round of TLC and then onto my first house call.

Paula’s; remove four double sockets and the sheet of ply they were attached to. Reposition one of them as indicated and as part of the ringmain. Run a spur and install a twin socket on the window wall. Remove a damaged twin socket back box from the hallway and replace with one supplied. Total cost - One bar of chocolate.

Next stop Zoe’s; Supply 2m 32 amp cable to connect and test a free standing cooker. Total Cost - One bar of chocolate.

Home to replace a corroded metal back box in the kitchen and use the opportunity to fit a twin socket with two USB charging points built in. For a couple of reasons this was not possible so a quick visit down to the ‘Temple’ to get an alternative part.
I won’t have the opportunity to do it tomorrow so I guess it’s Sunday now.
