Long Weekend, Baby!

Work was fine today but honestly I am so looking forward to a long weekend. I'm still feeling a bit under the weather so it'll be nice to have a couple of lie ins and whatnot!

I had the house to myself this evening and so decided to cook something sensible; due to my lack of energy and tastebuds the past few days, we've eaten a fair bit of junk, so it was actually lovely to eat some vegetables! I also drank most of a bottle of wine but we'll gloss over that..!
