Silver swirl

The aluminium dope came out in the workshop today. My paint technician pal did a mighty fine job of it with his spray gun and covered the ailerons, elevator and tail fin. The aluminium dope protects the fabric from sunlight. Next stage, after he coats the wing, is to cover the fuselage in fabric.

Windsock was most pleased to see me late afternoon when I arrived and proceeded to headbutt my feet and jump up my leg like a meerkat. Those claws are a bit prickly even through thermal leggings!
