Tried and tested

Several years ago I went on an Easter Baking course at Baker Tom’s in Cornwall .. I’d tried making them several times prior to that, but the effort hadn’t been worth the rewards. However this recipe was a revelation, light, fruity, spicy, just spectacular! This time I tried a twist and glazed them with marmalade for added zest. An experiment which worked.
