We both struggled to get up this morning, so by the time we were actually ready to go shopping it was raining.

We went to Asda and picked up a chair from Argos (dinner for 6 of us tonight but we only have 5 chairs!) and got reeeeeaally wet and reeeeaally cold.

Spent all afternoon cooking various things and baking cakes and brownies - bit of a challenge cooking for two vegan guests and one gluten free/low fodmap guest - we put candles in these ones for Graham’s birthday.

We had such a nice evening with them all, eating A LOT, drinking wine and cocktails and playing board games until we were too tired to be competitive anymore.
