Misty Sunlight

The mist and fog that delayed our flight home has brought mild weather (or is it the other way round, I'm no meteorologist), and also provides hazy late afternoon sunlight like this, overlooking the Thames from Richmond Hill.

Some pleasing shades of grey in the several layers of trees near the horizon. No filtering or any other PP apart from cropping to 3:2 ratio.

After the gambas-gobbling ginjinha-guzzling Lisbon life, a post-Portugal detox bike ride today. Taking advantage of the reduced traffic in midweek, I stayed longer in Richmond Park instead of the usual extended route. Slightly less milage, but a lot more gradient. Anyway as a result I was coming back this way as well, and was rewarded with this view.

(There is an alternablip, but I reckon everyone has had enough deer for now).
