Fab presnet from the kids at Christmas.

I joked years ago that I'd get a real one for my 40th.

Well.....as the 40th is next month I'm more than happt to go for gadgets instead (it is a credit crunch after all...)

So its the Canon G10 or the Panasonic Lumix LX3 that I'll be looking to fund from birthday generousity.

LX3 looking more likely this week (it's changed a couple of times already)

My key adviser Edwards Eye is putting together a virtual lens overview so I can understand the limitations of the LX3 lens.

Not forgetting the netbook on the list too -Samsung NC10 on the wish list.

Apparently you're only 40 once.
