Delicious for the eyeballs

That’s how Snugglepig described the journey from Oughterard out to Clifden.

Easter traditions of old, some were honoured, some not so much.

Sushi and laksa were new departures but both went down very well. This chef did try hot cross buns too, but the journey to Clifden didn’t suit the dough.
