Wester Craiglockhart Hill

ok ride in, even if the breeze was in my face for the last few km. Looks good for the ride home then.

Don't really have time for a walk, but need to get out at lunchtime. so just disappear up to tram bridge that crosses the railway. Its difficult, but between the lamp posts and posts that hold the electricity cables for the tram, Wester Craiglockhart hill can be seen. The red stone spire of Craiglockhart Church can also made out against the dark of the hill. On the right, the Craiglockhart campus of Napier University can also be seen. Just behind it, the white buildings of the Craighouse campus, which nearly bankrupted the university in the noughties.

A quick walk back to the office.

Ride home was, as expected, fairly fast. The evening disappears too quickly again.

Thankfully, for the first time in ages, I get the Easter weekend away from work. Forecast doesn't look good though.
