Ketchup Boy

A leisurely lie in followed by a 1:1 yoga session where she sorted me and my dodgy knee out beautifully. Full yoga class attendance can now be resumed which is very satisfying.

Lunch at the new place round the corner with Will, we planned our London day out next week and entered the Easter egg colouring competition. We have great hopes for a prize winning entry, their categories meant that Will’s is currently the only entry in the 8-10 year old section. What could go wrong.

Then a good few hours of actually doing work, again very satisfying and peaceful with no one around to talk to. And a wet and cold beach walk (I am a considerate and generous dog owner) and now masterchef catch up. A perfectly restorative day.
