A grey day, but dry!

A trip to the vets first thing for Amber to have her foot checked out. She was on bandage no 3 by then, a fact commented on by the vet!!!
The wound is healing well and can be left open on condition that the foot is washed each time she comes in from the muddy garden.
Just as I was setting out for London yesterday I got an unofficial email to say that one of our league officials had died. I didn’t get access to the official announcement until I got home late last night, so spent time this morning sending out batches of emails and dealing with responses.
I needed to go into town for a couple of important things, so grabbed this blip on the way back to the car. Just as well as the only one today.
Home to get a text from a friend to say that her father has died, such a sad time.
