I went shopping to get some hot-cross-bunnios because this is the time when the premier cru are picked in the early morning, with the dew still on them, and rushed to stores so that we can celebrate HXB weekend. The weather is foul and there are large pools of standing water on the roads but I have my seasonal sustinance so all is well with the world.
