A little bit of brightness

It is cold and wet, but 53 years ago today it was very hot and sunny.  I was confined to bed in hospital awaiting arrival of No2 son, who didn't show up until late evening.  Out of the window I could see patients walking round the garden in dressing gowns!
However we did have a blizzard on his 21st birthday.
