Not just any pie..

This is not just any pie... it's a m&s sumptuous, fragrant pumpkin pie...

Homemade in the best possible sense, I succumbed to laziness and bought a pastry case, and the pumpkin came in a tin. But I did have to mix in the spices, sugar, eggs and I switched the oven on..

I neglected to realise that when I bought the pumpkin tin, I bought 2 because the pastry looked pretty deep. Each can actually makes 2 pies and so this is the second pie of this week, and there are still another 2 to go. Does a slice count as one of our 5 a day?
