Little Bit

Our accountant works from home and I love to visit because she has all kinds of animals.  It's been a tough year for her, though.  They lost 2 of their 6 little dogs (all rescues that they couldn't resist), one of their large domestic geese and one of their two horses.  The doggies and geese had others to keep them company but the poor horse was lonely.  Her partner can't ride anymore because of hip problems so they didn't want to get another horse.  Then they heard about a pony rescue where they met Little Bit and couldn't resist.  So in a few months, LB and the horse have become great friends and one is never far from the other. :-)

I am grateful that Marte still does my taxes even though she is retired!
