Saw the doctor today. Mr K and I both have the flu. Ugh.

So, bed rest, Tami-Flu, lots of water.

As you can see, the boys are taking care of us.

NelsonGal took them to the beautiful Christ Church Anglican Cathedral today. The boys needed a spiritual pick me up, and hope they lit a candle for Mr K and me.
