Breakthrough!

My husband had a Eureka moment with his saxaphone practice this afternoon.  He's mastered a particular technique and he was so excited.  I have also had a Eureka moment with regards to my forthcoming surgery. Have finally resigned myself to the realisation of the need to be extremely patient and allow myself to take each day as it comes and try not to race ahead but allow my body to gradually heal.  Easier said than done I suspect!  A rather more up beat blip from yesterday can be found here
