Maundy Thursday

Maundy Thursday 29th March 2018 (2034)

The community school took part in our Easter Experience today. We started by enacting Palm Sunday at school, then the whole school walked through the village to church. We had the Last Supper and the arrest in Gethsemane in church and then processed out to the field to think about Good Friday. Each class then decorated the cross with a flower to represent the new life of Easter.

As I felt better yesterday I think I did too much and took a step backwards today, probably only 3 cylinders now. It was an effort to keep going through the morning service, the Easter Experience and then setting up ready for this evening. I hate not feeling 100% during Holy Week as it is my favourite week.
