Spread em around ...

Manchester today was thick fog, liverpool was beautiful sunshine!

This is the Liverpool Duck, an amphibious truck that goes around the city then splashes down into the docks. I had a great trip on it with my brother and his kids a while ago.

Thankfully when we went on it he had remembered the first rule of spreading the 'big boned' tourists around to even the load... something he appears to have neglected on this occasion for the excitement of putting the back end scarily close to the waterline!

ps stop press!... now she has a few days break... Quotidian in 3 january blips shocker!
