Whale watching

Whales were sighted off Lanai Lookout!   The last organized whale count for this season is this weekend.  Hope they stick around as there is concern that the numbers are low and dropping.

Another gorgeous day to be near the water.  The neighboring islands looked so close on the horizon (Molokai, Lanai, and Maui's Haleakala).

The caber which has moved inland by the latest storms, is now fronted by a pile of rocks along its length.   A picture for another day.
