Our Project - 2 Weeks in

This will be a new kitchen and a new Garage eventually. It does not look like this at the moment. It is very much a building site with re-routed drains, the start of new brick walls, a few steel girders and a lot of rubble.

Everyone says "It will be nice when it's finished". This seems a long way off at the moment. The builders are making good progress however and we hope that the weather is kind to us.

It is interesting coming home from work and seeing strange things appearing in your walls, or even no wall at all! Still gives an opportunity for an occasional 'progress blip'.

Let's see what week 3 will reveal.
