Curve of clouds

When I was half-way up the hill this morning I thought maybe I should have taken a rain jacket, but fortunately it wasn't necessary in spite of menacing clouds.  The weather forecasts have become so reliable that I depend on them rather too much, I think.  Sometimes it can be a good idea to look out of the window.  Now that the days are getting shorter, though, it is probably too dark to see what the weather is like when I leave home in the morning.

Easter weekend, so we'll be staying home.  A neighbour advised against going to the supermarket tonight as it was such a scrum, so we will manage with what food we have in the house.
