Was in Salisbury today. The rain just about sums  it  for the shops. No end in sight. There is now free parking to try and get people back, and extra money for the huge increase in expenditure by the Wilts police. As for the Russians and Putin, eyes are now firmly on World Cup stage. On a personal note, I have never understood Russian jokes.
