I'd brought my walking boots in one of my panniers, which made stomping round several supermarkets at lunchtime somewhat easier, though it was harder to pack all the shopping into the panniers on the way home. For some reason pizzas seemed to have been on everyone panic-buying list, in some cases depleting their shelves even more than bread and milk.
