BASTARDS

There is a law in Belgium which requires all "moggies" (cats without pedigree) to be sterilised... While I agree that there are far too many cats - there are far too many more bloody pigeons.

Would suggest a cull of the babushkas who spread out acres of stale bread under the "Don't feed the pigeons" notices.
