Studious students

I went for a run first thing and didn't really feel like going. I shouldn't have gone because I found it quite tough but carried on to the full 5k in the end. I was really tired for the rest of the day. At lunchtime, I popped to the shops to buy food for dinner. When I got back Jack was at the kitchen table revising and he was joined by Bibi and Persia when they got back from school. 
Penny sent a message to say that they'd spent the afternoon in Plymouth. She'd sent a message first thing this morning to say that their room was very hot and even opening the window didn't cool it down. I told her to leave it open all day so that it won't be so hot tonight. 
After dinner, I went to bridge club.
