LIFESAVER

Lifesaver fountain. Niki de Saint Phalle made the sculpture of the colourful bird, the pedestall where-upon the bird stands is made by Jean Tinguely, the husband of Niki de Saint Phalle.
We had one hour in Duisburg between trains, and because it was really cold we did not have our lunch in the park, but walked to the well known sculpture in the Koenigsstrasse in the city center.
At the background you can see the "golden" staircase that rises in the Forum.
So now we have arrived in The Hague, Mischa came to our place and made us a delicious meal, and we had a nice time together.
Our travel went well, we had started at 9 am. and arrived at the Railway station Den Haag Centraal at 4 pm.
It seems the winter has come back, the water of the North Sea seems to be 5 degrees Celsius.
I am tired, it is after nine o'clock and I will catch up tomorrow again.
