La Mirage

Arose at 5 a.m. today to get the first boat across The Firth. I ventured to Inversnecky and back to pick up the car.

If you are ever on the road north to John o' Groats, Thurso or Occumster do yourself a favour - call in past La Mirage in Helmsdale. On a very rainy and windy day I had to queue to get in. It felt like most of Sutherland attended. Cracking food. Worth a journey from Fishguatd any day.
