There's always One....

We've had great fun at Beckett Park in Leeds today.  The youngsters who qualified from the orienteering events in the district a couple of weeks ago, came together for the final today as part of the Yorkshire Games.  It didn't matter that it was raining or very muddy/boggy or that they fell in the mud or lost their shoes to it, they had a fantastic time.  Tony and I were kept busy on the changeover line as the teams of two ran in to touch their partners who then ran out to find their controls in the park. 

As the schools were gathering for the event, after their Opening Ceremony in the University Hall, I spotted this youngster drinking the drops of rain falling from our tent roof...there's always one....
