Sunset Over the Carson Range

We had a terrific ski at the Tahoe Donner cross-country area. Another perfect day of sunshine and good snow. Overnight temp was nine. That’s nine degrees—I didn’t leave anything out. By mid morning it had warmed up and no one complained of the cold. We just had a great time on the mountain. I came home and immediately fell asleep for an hour, but woke up in time to see the Alpenglow.
