Sculpture

I bought this slate stone on Ebay for £23 about 4 years ago. It came from a Garden Centre that was selling some stones off on Ebay. The original price tag was £200. So I got a bargain, but I had to go and collect it from over the Pennines. It was not easy getting it into my vehicle. 

I used to have the drilled stone set up as a water fountain in the back garden, but I then had a change round. Here, I've just placed it on the front patio, and reckon it looks ok. We used to have a lawn out front, but we replaced it with a patio, so that Jane has wheelchair access.

Today I've been doing some gardening. Planting and Potting. Pleased that I have got some gardening jobs done, which I have been meaning to do. 

Also, I sent some of my clothes to charity. Actually, I bought most of them from the charity shop St Lukes, as I dont like paying the price of new clothes. 

Just waiting for the right time to put the lamb dinner on. Jane and I  are have the boneless lamb joint with cabbage, swede, parsnip and baby potatoes.
