Biggest clock in the World??

While visiting Podocarpus Park, we stayed in the town of Zamora, a rather nondescript town nearby. Their claim to fame was this enormous clock, which we could see from the rooftop terrace of our hotel. They said it is the biggest clock in the world, which might be debatable, but it was quite beautiful and most impressive of all was that it worked! 
About two minutes before the hour it played about 20 seconds of a random song then chimed the hour. 
The white light section in the word Zamora is amor, (love) , and the words below say "Land of birds and waterfalls."
